Return Policy
Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you wish to modify or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, the order cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. You may request a refund or reshipment if:
You do not receive your order within the guaranteed delivery time (30 days, excluding 2–5 days processing)
You receive the wrong item
You no longer want the product you received (the item must be unused and returned at your own expense)
We do not offer refunds if:
The order didn’t arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by you
The order didn’t arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g., customs delays, natural disasters)
Refund request window: Within 15 days of receiving your order.
If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your product (e.g., for a different clothing size), please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the exchange process.
Do not return your item unless we have authorized the return.
